i cannot play for russia it says its locked i was searching for answer but i didnt find please help

You need to install the latest Company Of Heroes patch to unlock the Soviets.

Try visiting cohpatch.relic.com/ it contains the patches. Apparently one needs the 2.601 to play Soviets so... STOP reading and get downloading soldier (salute)
