i was wondering if i would be possible to start designing new objects or buildings, for example new building that has 6-10 stories, u can post some suggestions here!

It is indeed possible, the Modern Combat Mod for CoH did this. However, it has not that high priority for EF, though BurroDiablo has done a Lenin statue for example. Further plans are not known to me. It would be nice, to have some Eastern Front specific models, houses, trees and so on.

First: they should improve balance
Second: they should release Ostheer (when it's done)
Third: then all things which were optional, do.
See new houses, roads and something like that would be great but like i wrote before, they must do the most important things first.
I'd rather like to see new buildings for the SU, than new objects or neutral buildings.

it would be awesome if we could get the kremlin and red square in the game. We need some mayday victory parades and some ahistorical battles.

a moskau map with kreml would be awesome

Custom Sov and Ost base buildings will be a higher priority, but it's my plan to bash off a variety of Izba's, an Orthodox Church or two, some typical stalinist type buildings, statues, Russian civillian vehicles, but I don't plan on making St.Basils or the Kremlin because it's not historical to have them on a battlefield.

I could make static objects and skin them but I'm not able to animate nor get them into game :P.

CoH is not realistic and all combats are not realistic too. You know what i mean.

It would be really difficult to animate buildings like that. There is only one which I recommend to use. It looks a least a little bit like a russian "blockhouse".

thats the only one they have though, we need more for our mappers, including me for my own designs, and of course coh isnt realistic, i just want that urban feel

IF your making new buildings, you will have to make a lot of them.(5,7 Etc)
It won't fit to have 2 Soviet Government buildings then a France Cafe :)
I had to same problem when I was making maps for Mokins mod back then, he only provided 3 Buildings. Just didn't look right.
So if you want good looking maps, you gotta have a whole lot of people helping to work on it.

Normally static objects & buildings are also done by the Level Designer but in this case it's a way more difficultly.
