Title: Does Jagdpanzer gain from APCR rounds ability?

While i was using Corsix mod studio, i noticed that in the action list(upgrade -> pe_tank_destroyer_11 -> actions 1-5) of the APCR ability the Jagdpanzer was not included. Does that mean that it's not gain from the APCR commander ability?

fixed a bug where the APCR upgrade did not affect the jagdpanzer IV

was fixed a week ago internally.
