Evening gents. Apologies if this one has been solved before...
I've just updated to the most recent version of EF, from 1.10.
1.1 worked... Ok. It would crash after a little while, but you could still play it. After updating and attempting to launch EF through the launcher, it loads up Tales of Valor, and therefore I cannot play the mod.
I've got the latest version of the base CoH ToV, so that can't be the issue.
I'm also running the steam version, on W7. I appreciate your help gents.

Download and install the Full version of 1.40. Any other lower versions aren't supported.

Remember to uninstall EF and remove any leftovers from 1.1 before installing 1.40.

Sorry, I should clairfy, I am running (Or attempting to run) 1.40 of EF.

So, you open the launcher, then click on play and you're playing ToV right?
You can try the same thing ;D...
1) Uninstall EF.
2) Make sure there's no file or folder from EF left.
3) Install the Full version of 1.40.
Usually that happens because the EF module file is missing. Or because you have a patch below 2.500, which is discarded because you have 2.602 right?

Yeah, it's probably just leftovers from 1.10. I'll do a thorough sweep and clean it up and reinstall 1.40. Thanks for the help.

Probable cause: You installed EF to the wrong folder. EF must be installed to where you have installed CoH.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\company of heroes\
This is the one, yes? Or should I go a layer deeper into the CoH folder?

Disregard that, I've got the mod running now. It still crashes partway into a skirmish though.

Try lowering your graphic settings.

Graphics are already on minimum, and I run a 64 bit OS. I was just able to play an entire skirmish though, so I suppose that's a step in the right direction.

Could you post your pc specs? ( including video card, ofc)

It's uh, not that impressive. Which might explain the crashing.

It's an Intel mobile chipset, i think that's the reason :-\. Try to increase the virtual memory of your pc as described in the previous link i posted.
Also try to close inactive programs.

Everything seems to be working just fine now that I followed your advice on increasing virtual memory. Thanks a lot gentlemen.
