Title: Corsix mod maker not launching

every time i try to launch the mod maker i get this error message. i have tried re downloading the program from each window but it stil comes up with this  >:(

can anybody help me?

Search at Google for this file, download it and paste it into the Mod Studios folder. It should work then.
