Title: How to download and put German heer voices?

I downloaded the german voices for the wehrmacht. what do I do next?

You need to paste them on your "company of heroes\WW2\Archives" path.

Remember to make a back up of the files you are overwritting, otherwise if you want to restore them you will need to reinstall CoH again, which wouldn't be a pain if the patching process wouldn't be too long.
