how will seceuring resources work for the ostheer? ???

by securing sectors of course. I do not think there is a way Ostheer can secure resources.

I think Dragon means how ::). For ex: Brits use trucks. PE use scout car. US, WHer, and SU use base.

I'd still like to have Opel Blitz to do that.
This idea could be used for the Fortress Doctrine supply doctrine, allowing Opel's to cap as well as L/D and secure resources
