Title: Steam error instal of EF

My friend has a Steam version of COH so when he tries to install the latest version of EF it says that the direction is invalid something like that. So he has tried to install the EF expansion to different folder locations such as his Steam---Steamapp---COH so on and to the THQ folder he has by default.

in my case i have a retail version (non steam) so i had no problem the instalation was solid and i m enjouying this wonderful expansion...but please help me with my friend, we want to try the russians together!!!

thanks for your answer. that post i have read before making this thread because is not pretty clear what we need to do. My questions are:

-Do my friend needs to re-install his steam copies of the game? and then trying to re install the EF expansion??

No, he doesn't need to uninstall/install again everything unless he/she messed up the game, and even if that was done, you can command steam to repair the files.
