Title: EF updater "does not appear to be installed"

Whenever i try to update it gives me this error
I can still play the game but what if there is an update?
Also I tried reinstalling it and it worked but it went back to this again.
 ??? ??? ??? anyone?
its not a major issue but i wouldnt want to reinstall it everytime i have to do an update :|
Im running on Windows 7 64 bit
i never had this problem before I can still play it but i want to know why i am getting this.

Are you sure you installed EF with admin rights?

i think i did but it always happens even if i reinstall it  :'(
