Title: The gain in ammo increases or decreasesaccording to my pop !

Hello

Everything is in the title, more I have troops,more the gain of ammo decreases ... I have no idea where the bug may come ???

I uninstalled the game ... reinstalled the game and upgraded it,  but they have already the bug ...

This isn't a bug. Certain advanced Soviet units like tanks and heavy weapons have a munitions drain attached to them because many Soviet abilities don't have munitions costs. This is a way to limit munitions available for superpower strikes and minespam.

The balance team is in the process of coming up with an alternative.
