Title: Captured russian Mortars

I recently had a game in which I captured a russian Mortar with Wehr Grenadiers and I couldnt reinforce it at my base, the reinforce Button did not show up.

Unfortunately I didnt save the replay though.

That bug is already fixed in our internal version, crossed from our internal and public bug lists as well.
