I have one suggestion and one question:
1. Make, so that after the increase in the number of weapons in the arsenal, near appeared individual weapons.
2. Why on soviet tanks did not appear machine gun,after increase of the level?

I think he wants MGs on SU tanks. or at least he wants to know where they are :P
I cant tell what he is requesting though :P. Either type it in your native anguage so we can use google translate or try typing it differently. TY :)

Nein,I meant: why not add a machine gun soviet tanks (T-34, KV-2) on the third level.

Soviet tanks get other bonuses from vet apart from MGs. If you want MGs from vet play Wehr.

I propose to make so, that after the rearmament in the Arsenal, there will be weapon (PTRD,machine gun of Degtyarev) next to it.

Soviet tanks get other bonuses from vet apart from MGs. If you want MGs from vet play Wehr.

T90/T70 10 0.8 rec acc 20 1.2 acc 30 1.15 range
SU-85 8 1.2 acc 16 1.2 pen 32 1.15 range
T-34s 12 1.2 acc 24 1.2 pen 36 1.15 range
KV-1/KV-85 14 1.2 acc 28 1.2 pen 42 1.15 range
KV-2 12 1.2 acc 24 1.15 range 36 1.5 dmg
IS-2 14 1.2 acc 28 0.75 reload 42 1.15 range
IS-3 24 1.2 acc 58 0.75 reload 102 1.15 range
ISU-152 14 1.2 acc 28 0.75 reload 42 1.15 range
SU-76 10 1.2 acc 20 1.15 range 40 1.5 dmg
So for the last line for example, read across: Unit is SU-76. Vet1 requirement is 10xp, and gives 1.2 accuracy. Vet2 requires 20xp and grants 1.15x range. Vet3 requires 40xp and gives 1.5x damage.

Я предлагаю чтобы после довооружения в Арсенале, рядом с ним (Арсеналом) появилось оружие(Например ПТРД,Пулемет Дегтярева), которое может быть подобранно пехотными отрядами. :D

That's a horrible idea. Might as well give ingynery the RBS upgrade and conscripts the men against tanks.

He basically wants a weapon to appear when you buy the rearmament upgrade purchased I think :P. Basically a free wep. Sounds a bit werid :-\

ANSWER :
if i understand you correctly, your asking for a mg on the tanks after lvl 3 veteracy. well, since the soviets dont have a build-able heavy mg outside their bunkers, it would be hard to animate i think. other than that, there is a tank with an mg on it, specifically the tank rider call in ability in the breakthrough doctrine. IMO it is a beast.+ when/if the tank dies you get an upgraded guard squad.

Also I don't think SU Tanks had a top MG in the first place :P. Its like adding a coaxial flamethrower to an IS-2. They never had one :P. At least not that I know of.

I think the soviet production wasn't able to arm all the tanks with top MGs :P.
