Am I dumb in asking this, but does Eastern Front not work offline? I have not been able to find any definitive answer to this on any online forums.
I'm using the steam version with the Complete Pack (OF and TOV) and have used Eastern Front while connected to the internet. When I try and run it, it opens to the Loading screen and then comes up with an error message that says "Unable to Verify Media." The only choices to click are "OK" which minimizes EF and "Exit to Windows."
Can somebody help me out? I do not currently have access to the internet while playing this game and wondered if there is a work around on this issue.

Your issue is already addressed in this topic:

I get a "Could Not Verify Media" error on Steam Version
Open steam, go to your library then right-click on the CoH you use and go to properties -> Launch Options and set it to -dev -mod Eastern_Front.
Then you must run the game through the Library.
You will be prompted to validate your game, click continue. Then you will be asked where did you buy the game, choose steam. If it sent you to desktop, look at the taskbar and click on CoH app. It should be ready to play but your CoH profile will be offline.
That should work.

Welcome to the forums anywho :P

Do you actually copy then paste "-dev -mod Eastern_Front"? Currently mine is set at the directory "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\company of heroes\EF_Launcher.exe"
Is this not correct?

This part is what you are probably not tried yet ;).
Then you must run the game through the Library.
Otherwise it is not going to work.
The app your path points out is the launcher, but EF uses the original relic exe to execute. However you don't need that path while setting up the parameters on CoH on Steam's library.
Btw, if you want to create a shorcut for EF instead of the EF launcher, you can follow this small guide:
How to create an Eastern Front shorcut (http://easternfront.org/forums/index.php?topic=5312.0)
