Please help me, everytime for months now on eastern front and not on any other mod has this happened i start a game and it said fatal AI error :'( please help as i really want to play this mod.

We need to check your SCAR log and your AI log to see what happened. Could you upload both files?

Located on My Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\LogFiles. For SCAR related errors. Replace the "#" for the current date and time.

Try to locate the ones created after that error occured. If you don't find them, start a new game, get this error and upload the latest files.

Use the "attach" function when you post or an external hoster.

You don't have the last version of EF right?
Both errors are old and the file conscript_comm_squad.rgd is not present for a while. I recommend to uninstall EF, look for the remaining folders & files and delete them. Then download and install the lattest full version(1.5.0.0) and update it through the launcher.

Have you really deleted all the remaining Eastern Front files and folders?
Are you sure you downloaded the latest full installer?

wont let me uninstall! its not on my add and remove programs it used to be there now its gone :o ???

Check the directory where you installed it and look for the uninstall file. If there's no one just delete the EF files & folders.
Just to clarify, the last full installer must be downloaded from here:

Ok i found it in my directory and uninstalled it and installed it andf it didnt work, did download it from that link all the time

Did you checked that no were EF files left before installing again? Did you patch the game with the launcher?

Then I don't know what else you can do.
This error doesn't happen with the new version, but you already uninstalled & deleted all the remaing files before reinstalling.
Are you sure you are running the version you installed and not and old one you already have installed in a different path?
Do you have the Steam version?

Ok, then let's do this again step by step, you should have missed something.
1) Uninstall EF then delete Eastern Front files that are left(if any). Then post an screenshot of the directory here. If you still have a shorcut on the desktop for EF, try to run it, if it runs the launcher then check where that files are stored and remove them.
I will check the screenshot to look if everything is fine and then we continue to the step 2.
2) Download the latest version from ModDB (http://www.moddb.com/mods/coheastern-front/downloads/eastern-front-150-full-with-hotfix-1), if you think you already have it just compare the size in Properties->General tab->Size: 1 079 193 484 bytes; if it match then use it, otherwise download it again.
3) Install Eastern Front, please post here the path you used in the installer, also when finished check that the path you used has the EF files inside.
4) Open the launcher to update the game, or download the patches manually located on a sticky in this very section.
5) In the settings menu of the launcher, where you set up all the extra stuff, check the path where the launcher points in CoH Directory option; it should be the same path than you added in the launcher.

and after finishing the steps, post a screenshot of your Company of Heroes directory? Make sure all the files and folders appear in the screenshot(e.g. sort them as list).

Dude.
If you're still having problems, read Blackbishop's instructions VERY Clearly and carefully. If english is not your primary language and you are having trouble reading his instructions then by all means please ask for someone to translate it to your primary language.
If he ask for a screenshot, please post one.
