Can I select soviet as axis?
I want to fight Soviet as US.
And how to do?

You can only do it by making automatch one player USA or Commonwealth. The other one soviet. If everything works and there is no NAT between you you should be able to play against each other.

or you could use NHC combiner mod.

But thats alot more complicated than just going to automatch :P
