Title: Tank Hunter mines don't set off Tellers / other mines

Not sure if this is just with Tellers or it applies to all mines, but if a Tank Hunter mine goes off near / on top of a Teller mine, the Teller mine will not go off.  The Teller doesn't even receive any damage.
