Title: Eastern front and Modern Combat compatibility - Eastern Front stopped working

I was playing Eastern front today, then i was browsing the web saw the modern combat mod and downloaded it and installed it. Worked fine but now i cant launch Eastern Front, i don't if its because of modern combat or because of something else but i would like to know. I don't know if this is the warnings.log but here
also forgot to add when i try to run the Eastern Front Launcher it just says "Eastern Front Launcher has stopped working" "Checking for solutions"
Then the pop-up goes away then nothing happens. I can re-install it but i'm afraid it'll just mess my Modern Combat mod up. I don't think i need to run as admin since i'm on the only account on this computer, even when i try to run as administrator it still doesn't work.

That warnings.log seems clean, and Modern Combat shouldn't disable any other mods, are you sure you didn't do something else?

No nothing that i can think, and if i did it wasn't purposely.
edit, did you say that it SHOULD mess with other mods?

Nope, just fixed my text. I have Modern Combat installed as well and I can play EF.

Should i just re-install, i just downloaded the installer again ill just re-install play it and then try modern combat and try to play it again to see if it works. Ill tell you if works ;D. On a unrelated note, i faintly remember seeing one of you guys work on the Modern Combat mod, was that you?
UPDATE: Tried installing and it said "error opening file for writing: ....steamapps\common\companyofheroes\EF_launcher.exe " my options are to abort, retry and ignore.
UPDATE: Just ignored and continued on ;D
UPDATE: damn didn't work, also, should i stop typing UPDATE? i don't know i'm new with this stuff, don't make fun of me...

If you get this error, just wait a few minutes, then click retry.

Well i completely disabled UAC and ran as admin from the directory and it worked but i do like having UAC some times so i don't "accidentally" mess things up, if you get what I'm saying. So is it possible to have it on and still play?

You should be able to play without problems, just run the launcher with admin rights.
