ok but I do not understand what to do or how :

Close RelicDownloader.exe when starting Eastern Front, it could help to prevent crashes!!
If you have Retail CoH, you can go to Company of Heroes\RelicDownloader and rename RelicDownloader.exe to RelicDownloader.exe.bak (or whatever you want). If you have Steam version, you need to configure CoH to avoid checking for updates automatically otherwise will be creating RelicDownloader everytime you start CoH.

If you have any other problem or wasn't fixed by the advices on this thread, you can open a topic about it, just remember to upload the files just right after getting the error:

warnings.log
Located on My Games\Company of Heroes\. For any Eastern Front related errors.

scarlog.####.####.txt
Located on My Games\Company of Heroes\LogFiles. For SCAR related errors. Replace the "#" for the current date and time.

ailog.####.####.txt
Located on My Games\Company of Heroes\LogFiles. For AI related errors. Replace the "#" for the current date and time.

somefile.dmp
Only for game crashes.
Located on:
WinXP -> C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp(you can access faster if you use the run box with %temp% command).

Win Vista & 7 -> C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Temp(you can access faster if you use the run box with %temp% command).

Or in weird cases, sometimes in C:\WINDOWS\Temp (you can access faster if you use the run box with temp command).

The dmp file has a generic name but you should be able to identify it by checking the date of creation.

EF_Launcher_Log.txt
Located on CoH Directory\.
Only for Launcher issues.

You mean, how to upload it to the forum?

On this post click on Reply, then hit Additional Options, the attachments option is inside it ;).

Go to My Games\Company of Heroes\ and get your warnings.log.

Go to your temp folder and look for your dmp file of the crash. You will recognize it for the time of creation. Temp folders paths are posted in one of your previous comments.

If you are not sure these files have the correct information, try to force a crash once more so you can get them right after that happens.

Once you have both files, click "Reply" in this topic and select Additional Options->attach and then upload your files one by one.

You don't need anything else from that folder besides warnings.log. The dmp file is found at the temp folder a located in a completely different path, but atm you can just upload your warnings file to see what it has.

Have you installed EF in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\company of heroes" or you have chosen any other path when installing?

I mean, the ideal path is(if this is your correct path):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\company of heroes

If you wrote something like these lines when prompted to choose the path you installed it wrong:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\company of heroes\EF

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\company of heroes\EasternFront

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\company of heroes\Eastern_Front

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\company of heroes\AnyOtherFolder

Have you removed any file from the Eastern_Front folder?

Do you use skin mods or custom sound packs?

From what place did you download the installer you used to install EF?

Can you run CoH normally or it has the same problem?

If CoH runs fine but EF no:

1) Check the properties of the installer file, it should have this size: 1,072,354,548 bytes, if it size is different, please download it again from other link. After you checked the installer(and you downloaded it if necessary) uninstall EF and make sure EF folder and files are gone. Then reinstall again.

If CoH doesn't run fine either(or you can try it anyways to see if it helps):

2) Go to Steam's library and in CoH properties -> Local Files choose Verify Integrity of Game cache...

Btw, the dmp file can be obtained from this path:
[...]
somefile.dmp
Only for game crashes.
Located on:
WinXP -> C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp(you can access faster if you use the run box with %temp% command).

Win Vista & 7 -> C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Temp(you can access faster if you use the run box with %temp% command).

Or in weird cases, sometimes in C:\WINDOWS\Temp (you can access faster if you use the run box with temp command).

The dmp file has a generic name but you should be able to identify it by checking the date of creation.

[...]

If the problem persists, upload your most recent dmp file right after the crash occurs.

According to the dump file it fails to allocate memory. I can't tell you why exactly it fail but I'm investigating.
