Very, very unintelligent person by the name of NugNugx who started constant balance threads. In one post he commented that the 'Tiger is so old and slow, and his penis is too small, and so gets kited by U.S. TDs'. Its 2 A.M., could've worded that a little better I guess. I'll edit it tommorrow.

-Tank cannon reloads vary between 6 and 11 seconds; the far end of the spectrum allowing me to upgun the tiger's cannon (dennis, y u b aware 4?) to give it 45 range.

IIRC the Stuart Rhino in your screenshot doesn't have the "Rhino" part right? ;D (Rhino Culin cutter)

Importing models is beyond my skill range, though I did indeed see the model for it on relicnews. Its what inspired me to create a stat concept for addition as a unit in EiR mod, which never came to fruition but served as a base for the one in my mod.

If you'd like to work on it, by all means.
