Hey guys i want to know your take on ol' skyrim? What do you think? Fun times? hard times? Dawnguard? and all about it i personally am so excited for Dawnguard to come out it will be so cool being a vampire lord!!!!

Skyrim's pretty cool but it didn't hold my attention that long. There's plenty to do but I found it a bit unnecessary once you reach a certain level and you don't seem to improve too much past it. Smithing makes the game too easy as well IMO.

Dawnguard looks really good. About time we got non-sparkling vampires as the main characters of something.
As for the rest of the game, I didn't yet finish it but I rarely play it as I have Diablo III and CoH and Europa Universalis III to play.

It is a great game, but I prefer Kingdom of Amalur combat...
Then again, I prefer playing RTS than playing any RPG... :P

I prefer Fallout, but I do love Skyrim. Other TES games never really held my interest for that long but I played Skyrim almost religiously for the majority of November and December last year (impacted on my Uni work, but I still passed ;D )
Fingers crossed for a new Fallout game soon using Skyrim's engine 8)

Yeah, i enjoy fallout more but i have all achievements and done everything in Fallout 3 and Fallout NV. So i've been playing skyrim and its really fun, I want to get dawnguard when it comes out, And i hope the next Fallout has a better engine and is jsut complete badass which it should be because Bethesda knows how to make great games.

A new fallout with the skyrim engine would be freaking awesome indeed! Vechicles too would be Neat! :D

Wasn't San Francisco in Fallout 2 already? I wouldn't mind it if they visited San Francisco again but I don't think they will, somehow I think New York is long overdue for inclusion, it's been done to death in video games already so it's only a matter of time.

Thats correct. Fallout 2 is in San Francisco. ( Not only the town but the outskirts , its just a smaller part of the game.) But according to the canceled interplays fallout 3 ( often refeered to as Van Buren)
San franscico was nuked to pieces by the Enclave after fallout 2. But if Betestha wants to have it that way or not I dont know. In New vegas they hade some Van buren material in it. The Ceaser legion for example.
New york would be awesome :D . Maybe a little boring though in the long time. No change of enviroment if you know what I mean ;) And the place would probably be highly ghoul infected.
Maybe you plas as a ghoul? That would be epic! I would like it to take place out more in the wild, North America. Near the Canadian border, Minnesota? ( American cities aint my stuff really XD)

I remember seeing some snowy Seattle concept art for V13 as well, which is another city that could possibly be included. New York still I my bet though, its barely been mentioned in the Fallout universe in any post-war sense so it's open to Bethesda's interpretation of how events may have affected the city. Ghoul infestation is almost guaranteed, unless some faction like the Brotherhood of Steel has sealed Manhattan off, i'd even like to see an Eastern Commonwealth Republic be founded out of the ruins of New York, like the NCR in the West, fighting against the Ghouls just as the Brotherhood and Enclave battled the Super Mutants in FO3.

For every fallout game they need at least one new faction it seems. an ¨ECR¨ sounds nice. Or it could just have been NCR starting to colonising it. Or they go with something chinese? The old San Fransico was mostly ruled by the chinese faction Shi. What about chinese covert ops who somehow before the bombs infiltrated a vault and took it over? And now New York is like an.. Enclave power state but an chinese version? XD
If they go with New York I hope for a like, Necropolis from the old game but in a fresh fps engine <3
Speaking of Super mutants, what about the place is crowded with differant super mutants clans fighting over the city!? ;D

The west coast would be more of a hub for the Chinese, Frisco, Seattle... Vancouver? Maybe even a postwar Chinese Ghoul Superstate... a second invasion of America by Chinese ghouls would be fucking awesome. I just had a funny image of a guy in Hippie power-armour. Flower Power-armour ;D

I remember in FO3 in I think it was like a cookie factory or something. There were chinese ghouls that must have been there before the war as super covert paratroopers behind enemy lines units. Was running around in chinese uniforms and those weird looking FO3 ak47s. Something BIG about that would be epic!
Flower power armour sounds awesome <3 I just wonder were the hippie got the power armour training from? XD Nontheless Iam really looking forward to it, especially because its fallout so it can basically be ANYTHING. Sharkpeople, Aliens ( Mothership Zeta I know but that one wasent so funny , sadly ;C) Cyborgs or even an Amazon tribe?
Man, Iam going to install FO3 with all its DLC now! Going to miss the ironsight and such from New vegas.. But power armours seems to grow on trees in that game XD

I'd actually love to see the Chinese pull up in massive pre-war battleships done up to look like Junk sailboats and invade the West coast of America... would be even nuttier if it turned out Chairman Cheng survived as a Ghoul and became a Fu Manchu style evil genius, been plotting, planning and building is new Chinese invasion force for the past 200 years. I guess the new PLA wouldn't all be ghouls, that would presume there were no real survivors of the great war in China which is unlikely given the size of their population. The twist could be that Cheng leads you to believe that China has recovered and is well on it's way to conquering the world 200 years too late, when really Cheng has no power on mainland China at all (just like the President has no real power in the US) and has been forced to flee with a few thousand loyalists from legions of angry Chinese ghouls and humans who have united and hold him solely responsible for the nuclear war that destroyed their lives.

Although the Communists in China started the Great War, they couldn't finish it. Imperial remnants from places like Taiwan swiftly took the country back from the Reds, and crowned a new emperor of China. The new dynasty, however, did not like how America ended up in the Great War, and are building a massive missile to destroy the dangerous Brotherhood of Steel.

but if we skip the part of the imperial chinese massive missile and just that part about taiwan taking over make your idea about Chengs attack perfect to the story ! Good one! :D
