Title: Foreign Support Docrine for upcoming Ostheer?

For the upcoming Ostheer faction I have heard that there will be a doctrine in which you can call in foreign squads like Romanians or Hungarians?  Is this true?  And if so will there be new skins and weapons for these foreign squads?

Not want to spoil too much about the foreign squads but it will use different equipment than germans.
