Title: Could not open socket

I'm trying to send private messages to people on the forum and it keeps redirecting me to an blank page with it only saying "could not open socket" Know what's wrong with me or a way to fix it? I'm in the Great Patriotic War tournament so its vital that I beable to PM :( any help would be greatly appreciated

The only thing I could possibly narrow it down to would be that you didn't list the recipients right. Type in the names individually and when the name pops up, click it, and it will automatically put it in the list. Not sure what else is abnormal. (Content of the message? Subject? Sending to someone who deleted their account?)
