Title: Can't Steam Install despite the help for the two guides above:

I have COH and COH: TOV no OP will this affect the setup? I did blitzkreig mod perfectly but this mod wont install...always won't find directory.

You need to be more precise about your error, but you probably got this one:

Unable to find Company of Heroes directory (http://easternfront.org/forums/index.php?topic=1677.msg56669#msg56669)

Have you done what it is suggested or what exactly does your error says?

Well it says exactly the same error you mentioned above. I did install EF then uninstall then play the original game then install EF again. It still wont find correct directory and even I redirected it, it didn't work. I installed BK mod and its perfectly working. It directs to THQ folder. I didnt have a THQ folder but when I install it keeps making a THQ folder and it directs there. Even if I delete the folder, it will still direct there and make a THQ folder....I tried deleting the THQ folder and redirecting it on Steam/steamapps/common/company of heroes it wont work still. I also did the install then uninstall then install again and still wont work. Do I have to redownload EF? The file name says its .99GB but when I download it was 1023 Mb.

Are you sure you set the correct directory before starting to copy the files? Because if it always creates it you don't choose the correct path in the installer then.

Well I redirect it on Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/company of heroes wont work and I'm downloading it again.

Have you tried the registry fix or only the fix shown on the youtube video?

Havent tried the youtube yet....another thing is it defaults to a THQ folder always....Wont go to my steam folder, even if i redirect it wont happen. (Do you need patch 1.6.1.0 I try to play the game without updating it. Current version=1.6.0.1
