I usually play on the EF mod for the soviets vs wehr or vice versa, but I don't play Brits so I don't know.

I know that the infantry and sapper groups of them don't need a Capt or Lieutenant or recon section to move through uncaptured terrority but that's about it. Hope i helped somehow

RMC can't move their first truck but don't have the movement speed loss in enemy territory like vBrits. They have a non-linear teching system unlike vBrits. They have quite a few different units.

A bit off topic but would you say that now Wehr vs RMC is now better and more fun to play against compared to vCoH Brits now? I assume that the RMC were made because people just didn't like their design.

Wasn't the RMC faction going to be redesigned? What happened to that?

I did that like, 6 months ago. Everyone forgot about it though. I just recently checked out some RMC stuff and it still needs a bit of work before the patch but should be pretty OK. However Brits are still kinda lame in general because of supermen infantry squads. The number one problem with Brits though is the HQ truck taking a sector early, locking it down and preventing cutoffs which are key to CoH gameplay. By removing this single thing, we have changed the Brit gameplay dramatically and for the better. The slow movement speed also means that Tommies can ONLY be blobbed, so removing that from RMC actually makes them stronger but have a better flowing gameplay with less blobbing. The vet is still a problem with blobbing but at least Brits can harass now if they need to, or attack harassing units themselves.
RMC still has the kinda badly designed Brit doctrines, lame vet, lame soldier armour supermen, emplacements instead of weapon crews etc. However we've done the best we possibly can I think to make the gameplay more fluid. Redesigning the tech paths has also helped immensely.

Like you said Dennis, and I cant agreed more is that the Brits doctrines are kinda.. bad. So would it be possible for the RMC or at least as a reward unit for them and vanilla brits to change their doctrines?
Maybe not entire new doctrines. But perhaps as an example change their imo worthless churchills series into something better?

Scots Engineers are actually the main doctrine I wanted to change but we've been told by ze High Kommand nein. Something about it being confusing for new players if their doctrine changes and being odd to code (because we can't change CP counts and things like that).
