1. What means shield over the tank?

2. "$18030214 No Range" What is it? and how does it work?

3. All Soviet infantry units disappearing weapons when the camera zoom out to the maximum, and when I approached the camera the weapon appears. all other factions all normal. how can I fix it?

to answer your questions:
Picture 1: The shield shows when a unit is in vehicle cover.
picture 2: it seems like the tooltip has gone missing for the ability. The ability itself can be used to reveal snipers in the targeted area.
picture 3: go to graphic options, there is a bar named "model details" - put it to the maximum, then the weapons should stay visible. I'll test it myself.
The issues will be fixed shortly with a hotfix.

Russian translation is not updated. The translator has not finished the new lines so they appear as unknown or with wrong values.

I feel the KV2, very fast, getting slower as they get veteran.
And the sniper ace ta very easy to kill with pumma

Where you drive it ? Cuz tank have more speed on roads :)
