Title: [1.7.1.0] Bugs and issues.

Improve tank production of Mechanic has flaw. Player can ignore ammo price when buy tanks by buy them first then use the ability later.
PPS's flash doesn't match the position of the smg.
Medic truck rarely can't use its healing ability after got critical damage engine.
ISU-152's ability sometimes stuck at prepare to fire the barrage, like previous Firebase's bug.

I saw this- PPS's flash doesn't match the position of the smg. - too on Riggs streams, but I dont try to change my settings to see is the bug will stay or not.

1st one is very interesting  ;D but maybe it is not a bug actually.
Supervise and lower cost are 2 different things for me ... but yes, they use same ability  :D

- Cromwell Command Tank dont gain XP
- And Cromwell Command Tank cant fire smoke cover.

Soviet:
- IS-2 is broken, need 20 shots to destroy Marder III

Number 1 is not a bug, as Dreamerbg says. The ability has two uses:

1) Decreases the build time of tanks.
2) Changes the cost of the units in case you need it.

You are not paying muni to get quick tanks, you are paying muni for less MP/FU cost for any unit on T3.

Both RMC bugs are alreay fixed.

And about the Medic Truck, could you upload a replay where you saw it? Because so far it is fine and I can't see any problem related to this.

EDIT:
I said than the ability is not bugged because no one said you could only speed up the stuff you buy when the ability was designed. But I see why this point has been risen.

I have medic truck bug when playing with my friend on prokhorovka (the 3v3 map). Don't know why but if I play that map on my laptop, the game will crash 100% too.

I noticed something odd. Sometimes the Soviet Firebase requires a T2 and T3 upgrade to unlock, Sometimes only a T2 uprgade makes it available.  ???

I don't play with Guards so often so maybe it's reported before I dunno; in fact it's written "Any Tank Hall or Support Barracks upgrade" requirement, you have to purchase both Tank Hall upgrades in order to get Guards. Is that made on purpose or is it a bug?
