Can someone give me the range values, damage, penetration, accuracy, reload speed, accuracy while moving, AoE, damage against infantry. I'm going to compare the 2 weapons.

Already done :).
Several updates over the last few days. Here are some of the highlights:
* Primitive Upgrades section (only contains upgrades on squad for now (i.e. it has "add PPS-43 to Commander", but not "Shock Guards" global upgrade)).
* Beta Weapons Page, contains very detailed information about every weapon. It's currently not clean at all. Has all information like coh-stats.net got for weapons on their page of vanilla factions.
* Fixed a rare occurring case where squad cost could become slightly wrong (please note that offmap units may still have the wrong cost!).
* Mortars are generally working better (correct costs/weapon)
* Several other minor improvements.

Thanks, and I now know why my IS-2 deals wicked damage ;D 150 per shot. What does "defelection" do if I might ask? Any way how to reduce IS-2 reload speed? And why .9 bonus damage to skirted stuff? Should it just affect the penetration?

@Deflections: % of damage dealt when the your deflects ("bounces off") I believe. 0.25 means that 25% of penetrating damage will be dealt on none-penetrating rounds.
@Shirts: Most tank weapons in the game has a 0.9 multiplier (this means 10% less damage) to units with shirts.
