What if you lower a bit the game resolution?

If that doesn't work, you can try checking the game's cache integrity on the game options on the library(IIRC you use steam right?).

If possible, you should describe how did you fix it, otherwise, when people with the same issue comes to this topic looking for information they will get a dead end instead.

Well, All I did was reinstall, then screw with the resolution. I set it too the highest res, then the lowest, then back to the regular one I use.

You only needed to change the resolution IMO, but glad to hear it works fine now.
