Title: Urban Combat doctrine image

I removed the obelisk (which I presume was the Washington Monument) from the urban combat image, and added some smoke to the sky. I didn't really try to keep it transparent, but if you guys like it then I'll redo it and any other image you might want some tweaking done to.

Nice work, I never noticed the Obelisk thing in the original, but now its been mentioned its really obvious.

Still, they both look good with or without it there.
