Ya i kinda like the idea of having an unarmed scout! Though i think the command squad is supposed to scout with its binoculars.

Love those tankhunter changes - now it finally makes sense! Also the su85/100 changes are reasonabel! The spotting of Command squad and t70 was also badly needed as soviets were having a hard time against paras lately!! Conscript and sniper changes are also great! Great patch - u r awesome!!!

-maybe leaving it at 200 ammo - but giving them in addition elite armor type making them more durable? -in case u add treadbraker, the reloadtime should be at least 3-4 minutes or else it will be imba

Now, its low cost spam big deadly squad, and not interesting gameplay, no tactic, its very sadly, only spam first infantry, second T-34, IS-2, BM-13. Sorry but I think ur wrong here: I so far never went to tanks straight after mustring tent so far. The support tier gives u a lot of good units to adapt to many different strategies that are much more useful than a early t-34. Lose ur tank cause ur opponent is not a noob and its gg. So play it safe and go for combined arms instead its more fun anyway. Wich brings me straight to the topic of ur post. I see this game as a new form of enhanced chess. The most important thing here is that is fun to play because of nice units really fun maps and good tech trees. There remains some polishing, sure thing but soviets are still the most intriguing approach to coh since vannilla coh.

When talking about nerfing IS-2 u have to keep in mind that Axis have Shreks and u can't compare the ppsh to a shrek at all. And u don't counter a IS-2 with unsupported tanks. Axis used to have the strongest tanks ingame for so long - now this time is over and that isn't bad at all(not being a fanfboy of some sort). Now, u dont spam just vet 3 Panthers and Tigers and its gg - but u have to work hard to get ur win. As a conclusion: If u nerf IS-2s plz remain reasonable.

Well having played some matches the last two days and one today with 1.01 I must say Soviet balance has improved considerably: Unit Costs are great now, CP distribution is also fine and the new Su-100 Skin makes it my new favorite Tank ingame so far "(what would Freud say about that Cannon:)"!! Some minor issues are the mortar - maybe reducing reload times, KV-2 not fixed (is taking down buildings way to fast) and another big issue are Enineers“ satchel: I had a game against PE and one against Wehr were I storm the enemies base with some 6 Engies (two with flames) throwing satchels, first at base defences than at buildings, kept building engineers sending them right to his base - it was a massacre. Maybe remove the Minesweeper and satchel as a default from trained engeneers and let them buy them as an upgrade like the flamethrower! Great MOD guys really! I wont play the original Game anymore!!!
