they were unvetted but i stil beleive the cost required to ge to them is enough compared to russian inf that they should be given added hitpoints, even without being vetted

i beleive there is a serious with the upgrades, aside from the muni problem, of which there are few very good solutions proposed by community members.
When you upgrade, say, nkvd rifles, only new squads get the upgrades, aside from the molotovs. this does not support unit preservation as much as it should, and i think an army which supports unit preservation more is a better formed army.
Also think that by the time you get this upgrade with 200 munis  are you really gonna buy more conscripts when you can get much better units for not much higher costs?
i think that the already made conscripts should get them, not immediately but when they reinforce all squad members that died without a rifle get a rifle when they're replaced and you pay a reinforce fee to get the guy with a pistol in black, and so on

i had a knights squad fight it out with a strelky with upgrades(flag, ppsh) and the knights got wiped clean off the floor, they weren't even a challenge for the strelky, while it may be right to have the strelkys win in the end they didn't lose one man and my 3 man squad was wiped out
i think the knights cross need added hit points v.s. them and guards too possiblely (havnt had knights v.s. guards

 i downloaded launcher from ef site , i run it, it says no language file blah blah blah and when i press play eastern front nothing happens, But i see people playing ef in the multiplayer lobby so what the heck btw i am using vista
