uhmm wtf is supposed to be mean about that? sniper ace comes at how many CPs? like 7 or sth right? normal amer snipers can come after like 1 min or sth XD

really no idea why overwatch would be especially imba with sniper ace

been browsing the forum for some days now and whereever i see something like " :'( :'( russians cant retreat" and " :'( :'( rus getting walked over by AC + pio-spamm" i reeeally get angry X)

so tonight me and my mate happended to actually join a game with two quite good players, meaning they had, like us, at least 1 2on2AT top 100 acc (they are sth like #84). as we had had yet to meet some good players in EF, we got somewhat excited. for no reason unfortunatly as we were the ones to play sovjets...

short but educative i hope

both games are kinda short, 2nd we were rather fooling around but still.... ^^

enjoy and stop building normal sovjet infantry ffs ^^

to the other team: hope you dont get angry if you read this, but i simply wanted to make some points on balance and needed a good team for that. sry for trolling ^^

dont know why so many ppl cry about sovjets either, but still russians have a huge potential

as i've already said: the fact that you cant retreat makes conscripts and strelky incredible weak. upgraded ingeniery on the other hand come for 150 mp and already have those ppsh + minesweeper and free satchels... they are worth the money

one player goes for paks + mortars and the other one for snipers with arty and faster tanks. thats pretty much THE russian powerhouse atm and everytime we play that we 1a2a3a walk over anything axis put up against us tbh

..and our mate definitly was WAY more retarded than ur sovjet guy  ;D

havent lost a single game to sovjets after the first patch with my mate...

dunno why everyone bitches about sovjets srsly....

only thing that needs to be changed is the accuracy of those mortars and the sniper-teams shooting bikes like np

k heres some stuff we usually do when we play sovjets, really dont know why ppl have issues playing against axis...

1.minimize the use of infantry, conscripts in general. conscripts suck PERIOD. they simply do. built as few as you can afford. stick to your command-squad

2.sovjet mortars are totally hilarious. since pio-tactics usually involve heavy blobbing there goes ur de-blob tool no.1
sharpshooter are NOT the anwser. any axis player worth his salt will retreat any 1-man squads, additionally even 2 snipers simply cant stem the tide of 5+ pio-squads. you will be walked over in no time

3. get packs. they have the necessary range to scare those ACs away. and they two-shot-kill...

4. upgraded ingeniery rock. high damage output + they dont have elite-armor which is especially vulnerable to flamers. oh yeah and free satchels to blow up any axis bunkers for free..

5. save ur fuel to IS-2. after 1.IS-2 comes 2.IS-2 and so on ^^

6. best doctrine is by far "breakthrough strategy". either go for the ridiculous ISU-152 or the even more ridiculous IL-2 Sturmoviks. Tank-Riders is another incredible strong call-in

we havent lost a single game with this build so far, although having started playing EF the day it was released

dude, you're one patch too late with your suggestions, srsly...

got a very good 2on2 mate and we havent lost any game to sovjets since the last patch, although playing about 5-8 games a day

anyone having issues with sovjet early game either cant find their "mg-42 weapon crew"-button or should get some skill...

hi,
some days before the EF mode was released i had already sent an e-mail via "contact" to get some information but it hasnt been answered yet which is why im posting this here.

could on of the developers, or anyone else who got something similiar, please send me (or post it in this thread) some .txt file which contains all unit-stats like hp, damage, speed, cost, etc.etc.etc....?

would really appreciate that + making this sheet a sticky would massively help in balance discussions as people usually tend to rate stuff higher or more imba than it actually is.

like making a post:" ttttttt t-34 so freaking imba. got like 3x hp of p4"

which then could be simply proven wrong by showing him or her the actual unit-stats.
