You can change the language in vcoh but that changes the other voices and everything else to German too so i wouldn't recommend it.

That is not true, if you do it right you take some German speaking files and use it for the axis files it works perfectly, it still allows everyone else to speak whatever they need to speak, all the info is here along with all the language files needed http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=120920&page=1&pp=15
