Here's the thing, the Soviets had more infantry than the Germans.
They just weren't as well equipped or trained.

Just make the Soviet troops less effective and it's more even.

Nothing wrong with a seven-man squad.

I don't have too much experience. I've done some stuff with Corsix's studio modding Dawn of War, but not very much with Company of Heroes.

I love this idea yall have going, but like I said I don't have much experience, so I'm not sure how much help I can be.
