I think i had the same problem as you guys but i managed to fix it, make sure you are the administrator on ur machine then take down ur fire wall, up date ur java script, reinstall EF, update EF then go to settings and type in the COH directory, and now put ur fire wall up, i don't know why this worked for me it just did as i think the main problem is that it doesn't save the COH directory, and some how this inables it to.  Happy gaming
