Suggestions / Zoom and population limit

I have a few suggestions for the next patch/version of the mod:
Increase the zoom (out). There are already some mods that increase the zoom out a lot and it plays a lot smoother
Give the ability to increase population limit and to increase starting recourses and recourses gain pro minute. This will able people to play the game a lot faster in LAN (if you want to play a quick 1 vs 1 game)
Add a UI sizer to the game. I play on 1680x1050 ma settings and the UI is almost (if not bigger) 1/3 of my screen
