Bugs & Tech Support / Ingenery (SP?) and the Urban warefare doctrine

I've noticed 2 bugs with the russian engineers:

1: the 2 flamethrower option from the Urban Warfare doctrine instead prevents me from giving the engineers flamethrowers at all.

2: the engineer upgrade from the arsenal (I can't remember the name) does not give the extra squad member to new squads.

Has anyone else had this issue?

A unit I'd like to see (probably as a doctrine only unit) is the Sturmtiger.  It was a very rare (12 in service) heavy assault gun, but it's pretty cool all the same...

May be it could be delpoyed like the King Tiger, (ie. you only get one) or as a reward unit.

Failing that, another heavy assult gun, such as the Brummbär would be nice to see.
