Afternoon,
It is in my opinion that the IS2 should be the heavy call-in tank for the soviets. The D-25t gun that it is armed with was the best armor penetrating gun in their army. It does not make sense that the ISU-152 does more damage seeing as it uses the same howitzer as the KV2, however uses two-piece rounds (AT included). The ISU-152-1 and 2 were never released into production and neither was the 1945 version as a heavy tank destroyer. In addition, it also does not make sense why it has more armor. Looking at the actual thickness of the armor, they are the same, minus the fact the IS2 had thicker frontal armor. If the IS2 became a call-in tank, it's mass production in gameplay would not dwarf the entire battlefield and restore some balance.
