well I put it back to automatic settings and it still crashed, but I think I made the outlines of a white blank screen before it went to desktop. ARGH the new AI is just so good and every time I'm in the middle of an amazing battle with them it just crashes. Any fix possibilities?

Hi I also crashed but this was Mid Game and it has happened 3 times in a row since I started playing the new Eastern Front Version.
I was just moving the mouse to scroll the map when the game window deleted and an error report came up. I wondered if it was the graphics as they're on ultra full but I did a performance test and the Game said my frame rate average was 50, low was 20, and high was 100 so the performance was 'great.'
This is getting really annoying, because I love this game. Do you have a solution? Thanks alot.

Hi I tried reinstalling and it didn't work! Everytime I try to load up the launcher it keeps claiming 'eastern front has stopped working' before it can even check updates! AHH I can play vanilla COH i just tried but the launcher still dosen't work. Is this the end of eastern front for me?

Hi I've played eastern front and enjoyed it for a long time, but I started looking for other mods and installed a mod called battle of crete but I coudnl't create a shortcut. So I tried moving the RelicCOH.exe folder from my programs to my desktop and put the shortcut key in and it said it coudnl't find a 'thread' or something. So I tried reinstalling COH to try and get that thread back because I didn't know how to put the folder back! And I patched it to '2.602.0' but eastern front launcher just dosen't work now! Is that patch really old or something and has my game gone back in time? Or has eastern front been unable to find the 'thread' that is needed? I've still got the RelicCOH.exe file on my desktop but PLEASE HELP because I really want to play eastern front this half term, I coudnl't care about vanilla coh!

Hi, I've been playing this wonderful mod for months now, but am still wondering whether it would be compatible to play both Normandy 1944 and Eastern Front on the same computer with the same game? If it is possible, how would it work, and would there be any technical issues and bugs if I did install Normandy 1944? Furthermore, just as a reference, which mod would you think is the better mod, strength's and weaknesses, etc? Thanks alot.

Im sorry, i love eastern front, but i think the guys made a MASSIVE mistake by putting their own soundtracks in. Frankly, they're awful, uninspiring, unproffesional, boring, and weak. Theres little depth to them and they have hardly any connection to the schindler's list like beautiful soundtrack that i used to love to listen to when i came on eastern front. Anyone agree that the soundtracks need to be put back to the original?

I was planning on playing eastern front tonight, and downloaded the latest patch in order to play with the new Brits faction. However, when the loading bar came up, it asked me to 'insert my company of heroes CD,' which i already had in! So i took it out and inserted it again, and hoped for it to validate... but it still said that 'it could not verify media.' Any solutions? Would you recommend to ReInstall?

Yeah, Sorry its the first time I've posted on here - but I didn't purchase it through Steam, but through Amazon - and I didn't have anything running when I tried it just now, but it still 'could not verify media.' Are there any other detractors you know of that could be harming my chances?

Hi, really need help here. I've played Eastern Front ever since the first installation and had no problems whatsoever. However, since the lastest Patch (The one that brought out the New British Marine Faction) everytime I've gone to the loading bar screen, at the end it would ask me to verify media, even though I still have my original Company of Heroes disk in there! I tried to verify media, but it keeps on claiming it can not. Can Anyone out there think of a solution?
