I dunno if this is a game-wide problem with all factions, but I noticed that the un-gunned conscripts like to run into fire sometimes even though you've told the squad to stay in cover.  Other times, they just don't stay put.  The one's with guns do what you tell them, but it's those guys without a gun that run around and you end up losing them because they don't stay in cover.

Just a small bug

I noticed that in the score summary at the end of the game, the soviets have a score of "0" in all sections under veterancy.  I know my guys had vet'd up (red stripes above icon), but in the infantry and vehicles tabs they had a score of 0 for veterancy.
