Post Merge: September 22, 2011, 01:40:16 AM Hey, the shortcut works now, but it brings up ToV instead of EF.
Post Merge: September 22, 2011, 01:42:25 AM Im going to uninstall ToV and see if that makes a diff.
Post Merge: September 22, 2011, 01:44:55 AM Now it pulls up Opposing Fronts, lol
Post Merge: September 22, 2011, 07:24:50 PM I uninstalled all of it, CoH, ToV, and Opposing Fronts. Reinstalled Opposing Fronts, the shortcut now works, but it pulls up Tales Of Valor.
Post Merge: September 22, 2011, 07:41:21 PM It works, finally. I wasnt aware that I could change the path of the launcher. Thx for the help Blackbishop.

I have tried the shortcut both ways, it still says same as launcher, " cant find location". Help, I used to play EF when it first came out, now I cant. I have the retail CoH, and also ToV and Oppsing Fronts downloaded from steam. I tried downloading EF both ways, also didnt work. Both ways meaning "Games\THQ" etc., and Steam\steamapps\etc.

Im running a 64 bit system, so I guess the programfiles(86) folder is right, according to that link.
Post Merge: May 31, 2011, 05:18:16 AM Thx for the help. I uninstalled Opposing fronts, now im reinstalling. Then installing EF, I hope this works, I used to play EF, im looking forward to playing again. Blitzkreig is great, but I want to play something new.

Opposing Fronts is already installed. So I uninstalled EF, opend opposing fronts, then reinstalled EF. Same thing, "cant find COH directory".
Post Merge: May 31, 2011, 05:01:16 AM I have installed it in 2 diff locations, 1. programfiles(86)\THQ\COH
2. programfiles\steam\steamapps\common\COH Neither has worked, but I dont know which is right or wrong.

I have COH 2.602 When you say "open it at least once" do you mean play the game, and if so, which COH, or COH-Opposing Fronts?

When I try to start the game, I get "cant findCOH directory". I tried the Regedit fix listed in this forum, but was unable to find the path or file that it says to change. Any ideas? Also it says try reinstalling the game. Which, the original COH, or COH-Opossing Fronts? Thx in advance
Post Merge: May 31, 2011, 12:28:54 AM Forgot to mention it was installed in Programfiles(86)\THQ\COH. Is that right?
