General Discussion / Is it possible to slow resource collection rate

I'm just coming back to playing CoH after being away for 1+ years and its still amazing, found the eastern front mod and I must say it is absolutely excellent, a great addition to the game!

Anyways, onto my question, I'm wanting to know if it is possible to slow down the rate at which resources are collected in skirmish(I have it set to normal in skirmish) by way of a mod? Or maybe changing a config file? Or maybe even just doubling the cost of everything? and how to do this.

reason being, I want to have the feeling that all my units are 'more valuable', making it more important to look after troops, especially expensive tanks

Just got back into playing CoH to find this mod mentioned in the community. Installed and I must say it is great!

I do however have some (probably stupid) questions.

1. The KV-2, has this been removed from the game for the IS-122?
2. Is the only way to get a T34 through the doctrine?
3. Are T34/85's in the game, as I have seen a model of one on moddb
4. How do I access the modes such as Fortress Mode?
