There are 3 more vet posiblities if u get them by fighitng. One vet level, 4 vet level, or 3 vet level(every level means better equipmnet or new ability). But I think that my choosable vet idea is much better then those three.

It should Pe reward unit. For marder. And it should have ambush in cover ability.  8)

EDIT: Or it should be Ostheer main at unit, who knows.

Prices are so big cause Russians don't need lot munitions(they dont pay unit abilities/doct abilities) and with those prices they will need to save munitions like other sides.

And don't care about that picture
As I said, It's example. I did it only to understand to my idea. Don't care about how many kills you need to get vet3....

I have an idea, you can buy veterancy for units like upgrades It will be locked by xps. Example unit will kill ten soldiers(and get 20 xp) and now there will show in upgrade slot upgrade(cost 25 mun) for lvl 1. You can buy it or wait until the unit get 20 kills(40 xp) and there will be in upgrade slot vet 2 ugrade(cost 50 mun)...same with lvl 3(60 xp, 75 mun cost, you can set it how you want :)) !!!But you can buy only one vet level. so when you will buy vet 1, you cant buy vet 2 anymore.

First of all, nice presentation!

I like some ideas but I think that CoH isn't 100% historicaly accurate. And if want devs to add different units from Wehr and PE, we must devise completly new units. I have two ideas.
Starting unit

Ostheer units were in the beginning resolved to fight, equipped with guns purposed on attack. However Ostheer underestimate Russians so that units aren't much numerous.
Maybe you can say, they're same like upgraded volks. No they aren't. They are similar same like Cnight cross holders and MP44 pe grenadiers.
Waffen SS should be "best" basic Ostheer infantry in t2/t3. HEERES-STURMPIONIERE should be doctrine unit in doctrine specialized on Urban fight, GEBIRGSJÄGER should be in another doctrine. And WEHRMACHT LANDSER should be renamed assault squad. Main is that I say no for five man squad with kar98's.

There is pioneer HT for PE(Bergetiger) which makes building of deffensive emplacments much faster. And pak36 will be reward unit too.... :)

There isn't any reason to change US faction. If I want to do some changes, it should be recover two slots from roo and make  Cromwell more effective.  ;) This is all what need Allied factions to change.

First of all, Panther is medium tank, not heavy. PK is totally rebalanced. Only that panther is killing Sherman with five or six shots is funny and now u want to add biggest monsters of WW2 ? I say it will be unbalanced or it will be big big joke.

When u will add super heavy class, nobody will play with normal tanks. U must add tanks which are similar to tanks in PK.

PS Have u ever seen that Hotchkiss destroyed ISU-152?

I have one small idea. How about to add in operation panzerkrieg one russian and one Ostheer tank. Russian tank should be t-34 and Ostheer tank should be pz3.
