Yes snipers are getting stuck for me too. Another time the snipers get stuck it seems like when throwing artillery to an area outside of range when the sniper has to walk a bit before he throws artillery strike. I use this ability all the time that is why it is important for me  .

Was using default installation path. Pointed to the wrong directory.

Update successfully from 1.01 to 1.02
Can't update from 1.02 to 1.03. It just doesn't do anything. It shows current 1.02 and latest 1.03 but when I hit update it just sits there

After executing an attack move with a mortar it starts firing. And then, when I hit hold fire button it doesn't do anything. the mortar would keep firing.
The only way for me to actually stop the mortar from firing is to move it to another spot.

IL-2 won't even activate for me when I am trying to send it. I point it to the area that I can clearly see where there is no fog of war and i keep pressing the mouse button and it just won't activate lolz

Greetings. I am not sure of proper terminology for this function in all strategy games that I have played since C&C: Red Alert, and this is the first time when it doesn't work for me. During gameplay I can select a certain unit or a number of units and then bind a shortcut key with holding down Control + 1 and then later recall these units by pressing "1". This is very useful feature in all RTS games that I played and in EF it doesn't work Any idea if this had been noticed and will be fixed any time soon?

You are confusing. In order to get an appropriate answer you have to be more specific on what is going on.
If he bought COH on a CD and Tales of Valor on steam he can just download ToV from steam and then start the game and login with relic account (which is separate from steam account) and then add other cd key licenses that he purchased on CDs. It really doesn't matter which combination he bought from where. You can add licenses to one excising relic account.
For example, if someone would give me a CD and I install it and add all the latest patches to v 2.601 I can easily login with my relic account that hass all 3 games on it COH , OF, ToV that I purchased from steam. This would work the other way arround with steam. It only takes to buy at least one version of the game from steam - either COH, OF, or ToV it doesnt matter.

he will obviously have the original company of heroes games but his question is, can he get the latest expansion that he bought of steam? maybe with his steam account or something? 1. Can he get latest expansion that he bought of steam?When you buy a game on steam and then download it, it actually downloads the game to the latest patch so he shouldn't worry about getting the latest version. If he downloads the game from steam, it will be up to the latest patch available.

It took me a while to figure out what your question is.
Your steam directory is independent from your program files. For example, if your windows is installed in C:\windows and steam is installed on D:\steam , then you can reinstall windows in C:\ and not loose any of your games on steam and you do not have to redownload them.
PS: in my home I have steam installed on a network drive so multiple computers access steam games over the network, just with different accounts.
