No. There isn't, it doesn't scale well though. If you create a new faction it will always be loaded by the game, even if not part of a match. So the more factions you add, the worse the performance gets.

Good to see this is still getting patch-updates at least... I was starting to worry it might have died!

Are we going to get an announcement thread about the supposedly upcoming updated Brit faction any time soon (As in anything at all, not just silence until it is done)?

1) Right-click on Company of Heroes: Eastern Front.
2) Click on properties.
3) Click on Local Files tab.
4) There you will see "Verify Integrity of Game Files". Click on that.
5) Wait for it to verify and update its files.
6) Do the same for COH

No. We dropped support for the non steam version back in version 2.3

Yes, they are currently disabled because they are being reworked.

You are using an old version of Eastern Front. Please upgrade to the Steam version.

You are using a very old version of Eastern Front. One that we no longer support. This was the login for the chat client we once had, which was never a requirement to launch the game. Please get yourself a copy of Company of Heroes and EF on Steam.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of voicepacks for the Wehrmacht and Panzerelite out there. So just get one of those. About the tooltips: I'm uncertain whenever we had an issue merging all the locales before. Whilst it is a good idea it would be a lot of work for little gain.

No estimate for the brits sorry :P.

It sounds like Relicnews was the community hotbed for Relic's games, and the modding scene somewhat died without it. What were the reasons Relicnews shutdown?

Afaik, declining community, high maintenance, less and less people willing to pay for the server. I don't really know, but I did offer them free static hosting of the forum, so that at least the data won't be lost, which they declined.

That looks quiet nice. Only problem I currently have with it is, that you have an own "ground" plane and an extruded staircase. This won't work ingame, the only thing close to that are deforms, which are very imprecise. See this as a reference: http://www.moddb.com/mods/coheastern-front/images/new-armoury-building1#imagebox

You might also want to check out the CoH - Model importer. So you can use objects that are already textured and loaded instead of remodelling stuff (sandbags for example).

Around 10k per object is fine; Since base buildings are unique and there aren't many of them you can even go a little higher.

Exporting a model for CoH1 is a pain. You will need 3ds max 8 SP3 since the only exporter we have works on that version of max. Then you need to setup the exporter pipeline; which is a pain as well. Then you can export, fire up ObjectEditor and setup the states etc there. You can find some archived tutorials from RelicNews here:
