Hi I used to be quite outspoken once upon a time on these boards. I know you are quite busy getting OstHeer out. Was just wondering, though... : Could it be possible to pretty skin the Sherman76 like the Sherman-Jumbo ? It's a sort of darkish brown with no lettering whatsoever. Not green like the other US tanks. No starts, no labels... Sherman Jumbo pretty. Is it normal the Sherman 75 should be prettier than Sherman 76? (Yes, I prefer the new enlarged turret for the Sherman 76. I am referring to the skin). : Also, this has bothered me for some time... British ought to be using Sexton tank. Not the Priest :p http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexton_(artillery) Make it default replacement for UK, and give Priest as reward replacement for 105mm Howi in Artillery? http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0d/Sexton.JPG I would like new skin for Sherman 76 and Replacement of Priest by Sexton for UK Thank you (And remove Staghound tank for UK. It's horrible) : Small question : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-70_tank Main armament 45 mm gun Model 38 (94 rds.) Secondary armament 7.62 mm DT coaxial machine gun Always felt it was rather useless in the game. But, question. Why does the EF one have no Coaxial machine-gun? The COH2 has one. And it is a LOT deadlier Why was EF's T70 removing of half it's weaponry?

- 1.7.0 : Synch error. PvP or solo vs AI is ok. COOP dies brutally. - 1.7.01 works fine. - 1.7.02 Synch error in all COOP games. I LOVE THE PPSH fire/reload sounds ... T34/76 cannon shot to frontal StuG is a joke. Is it normal?

Heya Hmm. Middle talent tree. Incendiaries for Mortar. Heavy Soviet Mortar does not have incendiaries. Is that normal? - Yes, tech tree talent was unlocked.

I mean, cmon. We're not on each other's friend list, all of us. I got 14 people from EF on mine, but still. 220+ people online all at one time. How about we agree to meet into a channel online? I'm usually in Paris Channel. In-game name Loupblanc. You? *I sometimes get good ideas, yes?* *** I REALLY WISH *** We could create a 'EFChannel'

The Finns called the T-34 Sotka after the Common Goldeneye, a sea duck, because the side silhouette of the tank resembles a swimming waterfowl (as related in the memoirs of Finnish tank ace Lauri Heino). The T-34-85 was called pitkäputkinen Sotka, 'long-barreled Sotka'. Cuts down on Making new models, and would be quite interesting to add to the OstHeer as a call-in I'd rather they were limited call-once only, though. Perhaps a battlegroup of 2 ? I like the names

Meh. Read on.
Some say Joseph Stalin was fearful of war with Germany or just did not expect Germany to start a two-front war, and was reluctant to do anything to provoke Hitler. Others say that Stalin was eager for Germany to be at war with other capitalist countries. Another viewpoint is that Stalin expected war in 1942 (the time when all his preparations would be complete) and stubbornly refused to believe its early arrival.[15] British historians Alan S. Milward and W. Medlicott show that Nazi Germany—unlike Imperial Germany—was prepared for only a short-term war (Blitzkrieg).[16] According to Edward Ericson, although Germany's own resources were sufficient for 1940 victories in the West, massive Soviet shipments obtained during a short period of Nazi-Soviet economic collaboration were critical for Germany to launch Operation Barbarossa.[17] Even though Germany had been assembling very large numbers of troops in eastern Poland and making repeated reconnaissance flights over the border, Stalin ignored the warnings of his own as well as foreign intelligence. Moreover, on the very night of the invasion, Soviet troops received a directive undersigned by Marshal Semyon Timoshenko and General of the Army Georgy Zhukov that ordered (as demanded by Stalin): "do not answer to any provocations" and "do not undertake any actions without specific orders". The German invasion therefore caught the Soviet military and leadership largely by surprise, even though Stalin did receive a message from his intelligence detailing information on the attack. For Soviet preparations, see Operation Barbarossa: Soviet preparations.

Guy on COH/RELIC in-game chat said a CD for sale was coming out for soviet EF mod... I was, like... WTF?.
Understand it's a spin-off mod, and thus can't be sold for profit. But apparently some people are eager and willing to pay for it. Idea's not so bad, for people who want a hardcopy, although I figured, instead, download, slap on a blank DVD, and make a donation to the DEVs, no?
Anyhow, what's this about a hardcopy DVD you guys are selling out?

Y'know... this just ain't right. Them are the soviets damn it. How about you guys add a 2xT34(Whatever+2 guard call in or something? Once all the buildings are in place. Perhaps needs an upgrade. Some like the 2x Panther call-in from the PEs.
Also, I saw nothing about improved economics, or resiliency. Soviets could take massive losses and jump right back in.
PE has it (all doctrines), USA has it (infantry). Most have a super-unit (tank) call-in. Why not a T34 call-in? One (or two) is nice. Even better. Make it a 1 unit call-in earlier on, and change it to 2x later as an extra upgrade. That'd help make the soviet tank fleet bigger faster. Make it expensive, somewhat, so it's not OP. Just a nice way to jump back in faster.
Even better, make 'em random type. (SU85, T34/76, T34/85...) T70s earlier on. But I like the 1(2) T34(85) call-in best (with infantry). Upgrading as tech moves along (cost could increase as well, depending). *** NOT IS2, etc *** but T34, being massively mass- produced. (Soviets don't have a build tank fast upgrade either) :p
Thoughts, anyone?
