Suggestions / Snowman problem

I enjoyed this mod about a year ago, and reinstalled it several days ago. (bored of coh2.)

I see there are many nice changes, but I find that I can't promote free grenadiers from the medic stations. Also, I'm forced to use the snowman grens to gain veterancy.

I want it back like vanilla coh please.


Another saddening things are the removal of 38(t) and  that you can't reinforce from the ostheer medic station. The other changes are seem to be fine though.

Balance Discussion / using Ostheer carpet bombing and Soviet god of war on HQ sector.

Currently the Ostheer carpet bombing skill and Soviet god of war skill cannot be used on enemy HQ territory.  But U.S. 105mm or Wehrmacht firestorm and V1 skills can be used on enemy HQ, wiping out those retreaters, providing lots of entertainment. 

So I think all those skills should be able to be fired on enemy HQ sector.

About the balance, I think V1 is almost as devastating as god of war or carpet bombing, and you can continuously bombard enemy HQ with U.S. 105mm skill if you have enough munitions, So I think allowing them on HQ won't be troublesome.

Bugs & Tech Support / Katyushas are not firing.

Sometimes Soviet Katyushas do not fire. Their barrage icon is flashing yellow, but they just stand still, not firing.

So I cancel the fire order, or move them here to there, or change the barrage target, but I don't know the reason why they aren't shooting.
