Bugs & Tech Support / Ostheer cpu expert bugs

Hello,

I was playing 1v1 game vs Ostheer cpu-expert and the cpu started spaming Jeagers, then, they started leaving to HQ at the first shoot they earned.
Also the panzer3  stayed in base late game.
Looks like the CPU doesn't work well in some circustances.

-Fail with the soviet early snipers.

-Great Pssh submachinegun roles.

-Ostheer trying to kept fuel to make tiger blob but doesn't work.

-Finaly a kv2 with at guns make the win.  :)

Hello, i love this mod since 2011 but nowadays i dont see a lot of people playing it if is not skirmish game. Please, if somebody want to play 1v1 m or something contact with me in Steam: look for Hamasei and add me, thx

Balance Discussion / [1.4.0.0] ZIS 3

    I see 2 important things to be balanced with this new "defensive" unit:

    • 1
    The fire range:

    Is incredibly high O.O with this only 280/15 cost in 1v1 machs you can detroy a enemy base only with 1 squad looking and this weapon shooting from the midde of the map, i think this unit is little overpowered at this point.

    Acuracy vs inf, other AT guns and snipers:

    According to the new coh vanila pach, all AT guns have 0.1 and 0.2 acuracy vs infantry, AT guns and snipers, including the brit 17 punder gun. this AT gun have incredible acuracy vs inf, other AT guns and snipers. little unfair please fix this to be fair with the new 2.602 changes from coh vanila armies.

    Also other thing is the cost, lets see the balance: Wer pak cost: 290 zis 3 280/15 without base buildings Axi flak 88 cost: 400/75 Zis 3 280/15 mmmmmmmmmmmhmmmhmmh i think the cost is isnt balanced because the price is like Brit 17 punder but the Brit 17 punder price is because Brit army doesnt have another AT gun, Brit players need a cheap price to AT guns because they cant move it. But USSR have another AT gun is not fainaly fair with the other armies.

This is my last map, is a " virgin " city, with no predestrolled houses or bullet hits, i think is diferent idea.

Red Army Suggestions / Reward Units for Soviet army

All armys of this game have 3 reward units soviets no :P

will be great to be able to use other tanks instead the main tanks:

Kv1, T28, Su-76 ETC

In my opinion the best reward units can be: ( not at the same time, only 3 reward must be added like other armys )

1. First Add a "moto-anti sniper role" unit like BA64 and this unid can be changed by T37A or T38 Amphibius tanks in reward section. T40 no because it have better armour and for expample swingwagen is like a jeep.

If BA 64 is added it can have the same stats than the PE scout car, and T37A/T38 can be Amphibius but more slower with more HP.

2. Amored cars instead ligth tanks, more fast and less HP and armour.

BA-6
BA-10

3.T28 instead the doc3 sherman, better vs inf
4.KV1 with flame upgrade available for 75 ammo instead de doc 2 KV2

4.SU 76 instead SU 85 with less Hp and more demange maitaining the Su 100 upgrade and unit.

Balance Discussion / Soviet Tanks-Axi tanks

I have some questions, balance issues, posible solutions about tanks in EF:

I undestand why panther dont kill infantry in vcoh, its balance, you have the rest of the army to kill infantry.

Jagdpanther its the same, dont kill everithing because is a tank hunter.

I understand why Tiger And KT kill everithing, tiger is too expensive 800MP , and you only can call a KT ones by 500MP, 2 tanks need 9 CP points, are docTanks, their role is a doc role like Howitzer, Pershing, Hummel ETC all Doc "super werapons" but I dont undestand why Is-2 kill everything with no doc and no CP and a bit expensive than the panther why? in my oponion Is 2 could be a AT tank for balance the game, in Aniquilate with no pop cap no way to kill 5 Is2, they are like a tiger 1, destroy everithing.

Posbile solutions:

- Limit the IS2 possible ingame at the same time to 2.

(the best ideia in my opinion)
                   
OR

- Unlimit the tiger1 ingame possible units to be able to use blitzdoc in aniquilate no pop cap, or put the limit to 2. (other good idea in my opinion)

( i have readed a argument to disscus this idea in other topic like this: IS2 tank in ww2 was 2313123 tiger only 500 or something like that but in ww2 only was 87-105 wirbelwind and 45!! ostwin please how many tigers was in fiel in ww2 is not an argument for COH balance.)

OR

- Change the accuracy of the panther to be able to kill infantry. LOL

 (i dont like this idea but i dont like IS2 all role is unfair balancing)

OR

- Change the accuracy of the IS2 to only be able to kill tanks like panther.

(will be more fair and fun, soviet player have easy long game win presently)

In a 4v4 nopop mach if 3 soviet players take heavy assault doc they can build 3 Isu152 at the same time and 6-7-8-9-10 O.O IS2 is totaly unstoppable with katiuxka spam to destroy all AT infantry and all At guns-weak axi tank hunters, axi players only can do 4 super heavy tanks ones or 4 tiger1 at the same time..

Please searh a solution for this :) it will make the long nopop games more fun and gg.

Another question where is the KV1? i did not play past V.EF and KV1 is interesting tank.
