Nice Reward Command Tree guys!
But something strange has written on SU-122 board...  as I could understand it's something like "will break down fascists" - "сломим фашистов"

I had something like your issue.
Do try to cancel all rewards units (host own game and tune army)...   It`s sounds stupid, but It help me
