First is cool. Change red to player colour and put in the mod.
:) The contour of the star is in the style of the Relic. Perhaps even white, not gold.
.  Having a different colour communist flag is an insult. There is a deep meaning with in the colours as it's the colour of blood for the founding fathers of communist reform. The flag should stay as red. It's a respectful thing. Hence communist Is nick named "red"

But in the game it don't have wheels. So it must be stationary like British mortar.
.  Stationary would be interest. It needs to be unpack into an british motar buncker before can fire. But should have that much hit points like Brit bunker. Don't know if that's possible . Can make it deployable only once in the game . Meaning people will consider more carefully before employing it.

Or you can think of it differently. Its not about ditching game mechanics to balance the soviets. Its about making the faction unique to all the others. The way people like you talk, you want soviets to be a skin/voice pack with some modified stats of a current faction.

if you dont already realise,... right now the current russian voice pack besides the tanks i dont know about ..e very speech is actually the russian version of .. USA. they call T34s Sherman... and you dont know how many times they say sherman during a game unless you know russian LOL. TRUE story

what exactly are you trying to defend?, by saying making the ostheer just like the russians is automatically crying? dose that already tell you a lot about russians?
lol. i can beat them in 2v2 no problem.. even against some of the best players.

but you try playing agains them in relic maps 3v3...or 2v2 and 7/8 maps you guys brought out...  as whre . LOl.. meehhh.  besides tenneburg. thats great map :)

ALl ostheer upgrades should cost only munition, and all ostheer artierly should be free! like the russians,

all ostheer officers should have artierly abality , so as the snipers.

it should have SUPER end artierly like god of war, like rail artierly. which fires mini V1s every where.

should have an massive MOTar that fires 3 times fater then normal. and shots further then normal whre motars.

should have spammable massive tanks, and shit load of fuel to use, because since all upgrades are munition , all this fuel for tanks is inevitable.
and massive hentchel BOMBING Runs... that dose double the dammage as the normal PE ones. but also free, because everything cost muniton

well if you think this is not OP?..... dose it sound fimiliar to you?

I don't know about OP....but the winning, baby crying, bitching and complaining sounds all too familiar  ::)

300 muntion isnt that much you know? since none of the off map and super abalities they have dosent cost anything..

BRitish  Truck parked on an high munition will give the russians Super abality to gain their upgrades even more faster then ever!...
not only those zoombie squards :) ...
against 3 Russians right now.. NO problem...
against Russia USA and BRitish + roo spam :)  a little problem at the moment.

The fact is that if ostherr not be as corrupt and unbalanced like Russians will continue to unbalance the game. from what I now see the Russian army is designed for noobs and abusers. You know what are you doing. The Super OP Army. This should be the name of the Russian Army: The Super OP Army, Army for noobs, Army for idiots?

If you dont know how to play as Axis dont bother, it needs skill to be able to adjust to fight against new opponents like the soviets.

How are they unbalanced?

Only things I think are unbalanced right now,

Soviet casualties shouldn't be retrievable because they dont have anything to pick up the bodies anyhow, a brit player can abuse this and get 3 squads worth of 1350manpower from 2 soviet conscripts worth 400 manpower.

T-34's could be way too spammable but then again, they need 300mun to hit something and make damage.

Noobs playing soviets mostly win Noobs playing axis in Sov vs. Axis Match.

British bunkers is .. always being a problem. but now with russians its thirrbled lol..

whre medic bunker even defensive bunker is like 5 short dead..  damn.. dont think any body on the axist side can kill an bunker that quick lol.. from the disdance, unless you have like hummels which misses 50% of the time.

Also, do russian infantry supply dead bodies for medics to pick up?

I looked in the RGDs and it says for conscripts...

Maximum death time = 40
Min. death time = 30
Splat_seconds_after_death_or_rescue = 45

This says to me that cheapo russian conscripts can be picked up by medic teams and turned into expensive tommy squads and rifle squads.

I just had a game against 2 russians and one brit, and the brit's blob got very big, very fast.

Russian infantry are eventually supposed to die, so i dont know who's bright idea it was to make CCS's and Medic tents pick up a 150/200mp meat shield has to die in droves unit.

The synergy is too damn good. Make the russians die instantly instead of having them be wounded on the ground.
Only have the better russian inf. able to be picked up like Guards, and the command squad.

who ever made most of those maps iam sorry to say are obiously have no idea how to make resource points balance.
Maps with only 15 fuel in the entire game? mosvko or how ever you call it... its insane~ ...  axist will not be able to even reach late armour and upgrade, having said there is soo much muntion around for russians to do upgrades,  thats like russian must win maps? did he considered game balance at all?  can we rearrage those resource points so that maps is a bit more balanced. and resource evenly distributed.

Most maps have narrow paths... like 2 narrow paths, and maps like vare river .....

and that map called kursk is the worse,. trying to cap those fuel int he middle is the most stupid idea. have all bunkers facing the other oponent. ? who thinks that is bbalanced ? take those bunkers out.. or make them destroyed bunkers. unmanable ones. 
dont get me started with the FUEL... there is one high FUEl int he middle. wihch is almost impossible to get for axist , since it could be easily Flanked.  and Far high fuel up the top, which by default, russian army starts from that direction, wh ich they will also get it.. why cant there be high fuel next to each others base. if you measure it, both high fuel is near the top base. or easily defended by allies in early game. please balance and evenly distribute the resource points~!!! repatch the maps.!...

i am Curious how resource sharing for russians work.
from what i understand, russians in the new patch is beatable.  but when it comes to british and larger maps along side with the russians.  its an different story.

Brits would first tactially op all muntion points, making high munition points up to +26. and they can do it to more then one, in some maps, and there are stupid maps with only 15 fuel. how do you assume the axist can even get to late game with that amount of fuel, axist cant even upgrade anything lol.. 

since the brtish is producing HUGE amound of muntion income for the russians,  meaning russian upgrades are cheaper then anything.


katushers, comes in with only 300 man power, then followed by criping barrage, and ROO spam..  mmeh........ dont get me wrong, but game is balance, i am just curious if the resource sharing is being considered off.

any plans to shut the hell up. they already getting so much resource for everything, and now you want to secure it?

how about try fighting an russian and a brit? Truck secures  way too much munition for the russians, they would do off map and criping .. :s god.. maybe the beta testers never thought of playing it with russians, or the resource sharing for them..
